Banking Law
Banking law has emerged in recent years, both internationally and in Greece, in an autonomous sector with elements of civil, commercial, economic and public law.
The rapid increase in overdue loans has led to significant changes in the enforcement of justice, as the need to protect movable and immovable property of debtors from the forced execution process (seizures, auctions, payment orders, etc.) is increasing daily.
Our company is constantly undertaking assumptions about the relations of private individuals with credit institutions, debts and, in general, the legal defense of individuals and the management of their debts.
At the same time, we have sufficient knowledge of modern finance contracts (factories and the purchase of business claims, finance leases, equity financing) and case-law developments in the banking sector (swiss franc loans, depositor/ investor protection).
