\nUnder the prism of investigating the children\u2019s well being and upholding respect to the equality between parents related to racial, linguistic, spiritual, psychic, financial and religious particularities, a turn of the case law has been remarked to grant children custody to the father.
\nAlready according to number 1673\/2017 decision of the One Membered Court of Athens, which an attorney of our law firm has handled, the Court granted custody of under aged children to their father, given that, though motherly affection towards children has not been disputed, it has not been proven that a psychic bond has been formed between them, and, subsequently, the psychic and emotional stability of the children has prevail, such stability being secured, according to the Court\u2019s judgement, by the father, despite the fact that after the parents\u2019 separation, children had been living with their mother for a long time period.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
