Upon initiative of our office, a commercial dispute has been resolved, between our clients and his provider.
\nThe dispute had been driven towards court resolution and payment orders had been issued. During the stage of discussion of the actions against these payment orders, our law firm suggested mediation for the overall resolution of the issues arisen from the cooperation in question.<\/p>\n
The result was an agreement of a \u201cwin-win\u201d result to both parties!<\/p>\n
The debt has been cut off to a percentage of 53%, to be paid up in monthly installments. A business collaboration of 30 years has been salvaged and the amicus relation of the parties continues despite the shadow of their commercial differences.<\/p>\n
