Important Legislative Amendment for the GV program
The Greek Parliament voted the extension of the transitional period for the GV program until the 31st of July 2023. Specifically, investors will be able to deposit the 10% of the purchase price, as a downpayment, until the 31st of July 2023 and apply with a threshold of 250.000,00€ in order to apply for Golden Visa in Greece.
